| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF THE BOARD MEETING HELD ON 25 DEC 21 AT RTN MOHINISH THADANI'S RESIDENCE. ACCOUNTS The Club and Trust Accounts were read and passed. CLUB ADMINISTRATION The Board decided to have virtual meetings for next one month. Fellowship Nothing to Report. YOUTH SERVICES INTERACT CLUB Orbis School is planning to have a toy collection drive for the under privileged children. PUBLIC IMAGE Cub Projects/Activities are being updated on Facebook and Instagram regularly. Phoenix has put up hoardings for toy collection at 8 different locations. The Board appreciates the efforts of Rtn Mohinish for updating the District Website and will further update Dist.Org website with Rtn Natasha. FOUNDATION Nothing to Report The Board appreciates the efforts of Rtn Habil to motivate the members and for the contributions received. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Nothing to Report. SERVICE PROJECTS 1. 500 Note book distribution at Mahatma Gandhi school in Sanjay park on 6/12 2. Tiny feet project in Sant Gadage Maharaj school on 7/12 350 shoes distribution along with Rotary Club of Miami Airport 3. Dental check up of 230 villagers on 16/12/21 at Sawantwadi 4. Cervical cancer vaccination awareness camp at village Sawantwadi 5. Initiation of Asmita project at village Sawantwadi 6. Distribution of blankets, food and toys in village Sawantwadi 7. On 19th Dec joined district’s e-waste collection drive and collected 350 kg e waste 8. With Phoenix market city collected Approx 3000 toys for Christmas to distribute to underprivileged children 9. Radiant Infant Warmers worth Rs 50,000 will be distributed to Sassoon hospital paediatric ward for newly born babies on 28th December. In the current situation,the club is doing excellent projects and highly appreciates the efforts of Rtn Swastik and Team,Ann Sangeeta Saxena for project at Sawantwadi,Dr Chunawalla and his team of 12 dentists from Rangoonwalla College, President Natasha for 236 sealants,40 fluoride applications..for dental check up camp at Sawantwadi. We Thank all the members and Anns for their participation in the village project. For village Sawantwadi project, material transport expenses of Rs 3100 and payment to volunteers of Rs 1500 are hereby ratified by the Board. 10 beds,Aata Machine and Masala Machine will be handed over to the senior citizen's home in Kamshet in January 2022. For Pulse Polio Project Rs 12500 approved by the Board for food packets for the volunteers. For E Waste Project Banner sponsored by Textcraft. Pamphlets 2000 nos alongwith insertion and 15 posters cost Rs 5300 sponsored by Rtn Mohinish. Stickers of RCPA to be put on radiant Warmers made by Textcraft. CONCLUDING OF THE MEETING The Meeting was concluded with President Thanking Board Members for attending the Meeting and Rtn Rahul gave the Vote of Thanks to the Hosts Rtn Mohinish and Ann Bharti.
