Accounts previously emailed by Treasurer Jeetu was approved and passed . Magazine subscription and pending dues to be paid . Strong reminder to be given for previous receipts . CA bill received , approved and passed for payment 3. Administration : Physical meetings have started . Last meeting on 22/3/2022 5. was held at Poona Club. Fellowship was hosted by Rtn. Zubair Poonawalla . 29th May meeting will be on Zoom platform . Program Committee is planning a fellowship physical meeting in April . 4. Service : BOD thanked Sangeeta Saxena and her NGO partner for Kamshet Old Age Home project, and Rtn Arti Sanghvi for initiating food distribution to polio vaccination drive volunteers . E learning kits distribution to schools still pending , will be executed soon . Board appreciated Rtn Rishikesh s efforts in getting CSR funds of Rs.4.05 lacs from GS Labs for Yuvti Service Director Swastik could not attend the meeting but sent email reporting as follows : 1. Two sessions of Asmita project were conducted on 7th and 17th March in Anjuman Islam school and Polytechnic respectively. Total number of beneficiaries 200. Couple of more sessions to benefit 300 more are planned before 17th April 2. V-collect ( waste collection drive) is planned on 27th March 10 am to 2 pm 3. Received 1.41 lacs from FICCI FLO Pune chapter. To which our club contributed 1.53 lacs. We placed an order for 100 vials which will be administered to 50 girls in two sessions for cervical cancer vaccination. Dr. KJ Singh will organize through Jehangir hospital 4. The Yuvti project team informed that giving scholarships to researchers of IISER fired not fall into the preview of Yuvti in principle. The Board has committed a sum of Rs. 3 lacs every year for Yuvti project The Board approved partnering with IMPACT GURU for crowd funding to raise Rs. 25 lacs required for Global Grant Project of medical equipments for Pediatric ward at Sassoon hospital. Global Grant Committee has Rtn. Sangeeta Lalwani, Rtn. Sudhir Tandon , Rtn Rishikesh Dandekar and Rtn. Mohinish S Thadani Foundation - Nothing to Report 6. Youth Activities - Nothing to Report 7. Public Image : All activities of RCPA are being well covered on various social media platforms . The Board appreciated attendance of Rtn.
