| Minutes of Meeting | MNUTES OF THE BOARD MEETING HELD ON 23 APRIL 22 AT RTN HARISH THADANEY'S RESIDENCE. MEMBERS PRESENT 1 Rtn Natasha Parulekar 2 Rtn Jeetu Mirchandani 3 Rtn Harish Thadaney 4 Rtn Rahul Shah 5 Rtn Rishikesh Dandekar 6 Rtn Habil Handy 7 Rtn Sanjay Motwani 8 Rtn Swastik Sirsikar 9 Rtn Mohinish Thadani 10 Rtn Kumar Kirpalani LEAVE OF ABSENCE 1 Rtn Sanjay Saxena OBSERVERS None 1 The Minutes of the last Board Meeting held on 26 Mar 22 were read and passed. 2 ACCOUNTS The Club and Trust Accounts were read and passed. 3 DIRECTORS REPORT. SERVICE PROJECTS 1 Asmita Project was executed successfully at 4 Institutes: Orphanage at Anjuman Islam School, Polytechnic at Anjuman Islam School, Girls School at Anjuman Islam School and St.Andrews School. Total Beneficiaries 504 Girls. Follow up will be carried out by our Anns and Lady Rotarians. Some Multivitamins and Pepper Spray returned by Anjuman Islam School were given to St Andrew's School. 2 With the help of Ficci Flo's contribution of Rs 1.43 lacs and our contribution of Rs 1.53 lacs,we procured 100 vials for Cervical Cancer Vaccination.After identifying the beneficiaries the Vaccination will be administered. 3 Out of 5 learning kits,one each at Anjuman Islam School and St Andrew's School will be installed and after identifying 3 more Schools,the same will be installed. 4 The Oxygen Concentration Cylinders owned by our club will have to be put to use at deserving places as Senior Citizens Home and deserving Schools. CLUB ADMINISTRATION 1 Physical Meetings have started and the Board applauds the efforts of Rtn Pali and Team for very good Programs. 2 There will be no Fund Raiser this year as we have funds Rs 1.5 Million raised by individual Rotarians and their contacts. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Nothing to Report FOUNDATION THE Foundation team will try to make every Rotarian to contribute towards the Foundation. ( EREY) PUBLIC IMAGE Posts and Photographs are updated regularly on Facebook and Instagram. YOUTH SERVICES 1 Rtn Mohinish is following up with Rotaractors for their involvement in E - Waste Management and other Projects for the coming year. A physical fellowship has been arranged by Rtn Mohinish to meet the Rotaractors for the same. Rtn Swastik and Rtn Jeetu have been requested to start the process of formation of Satellite Club at Poona Club Golf Course. We do not renew our Zoom Meeting link as physical Meetings have started. CONCLUDING OF THE MEETING The Meeting was concluded with President Thanking the Board Members for attending the Meeting and Rtn Rahul gave the Vote of Thanks to the hosts Rtn Harish and Ann Monica.
