DIRECTORS REPORT SERVICE PROJECTS 1 Cervical Cancer Vaccination doses received. Beneficiaries to be finalized.First dose to be given before 30 June and second dose before 31 Dec 22. 2 In partnership with Ficci Flo,Blood donation Camp will be held at Hollywood Gurdwara on 3 June 22. CLUB ADMINISTRATION 1 Physical Weekly Meetings have started.The Board Thanks Ann Poonam Rau for arranging very good speakers. 2 Fellowship Committee is planning Ladies Nite in June. FOUNDATION The Board applauds the Sincere efforts of Rtn Habil Handy for contribution from Members towards the Foundation. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Two proposals recieved from Rtn Mohinish Thadani and passed by the Board. 1 Mr Naresh Paul 2 Mr Anirban DasGupta. Rotary Information to be given to them by Rtn Mohinish after No Objection from General Body. PUBLIC IMAGE FB and Instagram are regularly updated. YOUTH SERVICES Nothing to Report.
