Vijay Samant The Minutes of the Joint BOD meeting held on 27th June 2022 was read and passed , All the directors who were present read out their reports which was sent by email/ whatsapp . Separate file is maintained of the reports . Additional matters discussed ACCOUNTS CLUB got Pancard and Treasurer Rtn Artis efforts were appreciated BOD suggested to shift the accounts from Bank Of India to HDFC Arti to follow up from members who have not paid their dues SERVICE Global Grant Saving the Babies going well . BOD appreciated Rtn Sudhir and Service Dir Sangeeta s efforts . BOD approved of contributing 1000 dollars for Happy School Project with RC Poona West BOD sanctioned additional 11 vials for vaccination which now totals for 105 girls in Pen village first dose . Second dose will be sponsored by RC Downtown and the project will be executed by RC Pen Orion. There are many projects in the pipeline . Sangeetas efforts have been appreciated . PUBLIC IMAGE All activities are being published well in social media CLUB ADMINISTRATION Monies in account to be spent from surplus for Fellowships . If additional required to be collected from members , shall be done as and when required . Call a General Body Meeting at the earliest to get the Club to ratify decisions of the BOD from the General Body. Installation ceremony held on 26th July went off well .All the guests were well looked after. MEMBERSHIP 4 new members were inducted at the installation . Ashok Sharma and Mahesh Kudale have resigned from the Club . Rtn Rahul Shah submitted his resignation from the post of President Elect due to health reasons , which was accepted by BOD. BOD suggested Rtn Habil Handy s name as PE which will be taken up at the General Body. Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani gave vote of thanks Hon Secretary Rtn Dr Rishikesh Dandekar |
