Last BOD meeting Minutes of 26th August 2022 was read and passed 2. ACCOUNTS Club and Trust accounts report was communicated by Rtn Arti before the meeting . ITR returns audited and accepted . Final dues from 2 members to be recovered . 3. Administration : All weekly meetings are being held well with good speakers and fellowships . 3 meetings planned for October . Monsoon picnic scheduled for September is postponed to December and advance of Rs.10000/ already paid will be adjusted . DG visit preponed from 17th Jan to 10th Jan 2023. 4. Service : Report communicated to the BOD before the meeting by Service Director Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani . Yuvti : Rotary funds lying with Rosary School will be utilised for other students . E learning equipment to be provided to Sassoon staff learning center . Asmita project was launched on 25th September by RC Bibwewadi and Treasurer Arti Sanghvi was felicitated for her support in accounts towards this project. St. Andrews Girls School is in need of toilets, sanitation, and other extra works . Audit will be carried out to see what needs to be done and make a project …Global Grant or fund raiser . Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani, Rtn Mohinish Thadani and Rtn Arti Sanghvi to be in charge . Old Age Home : The Board acknowledged all the donations recieved to improvise the living conditions of Shiv Ganga Old Age Home and applauded Rtn Anish for his generous donation of Rs.75000/ towards the same . Oxygen concentrators given on lease to to Jain foundation to be retrieved for dispersation to old age homes/ hospitals/as and when required . Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani to follow up. Swasth Aur Mast : Once a month yoga class at St Andrews girls school ….after class meals are given to children which will be sponsored by Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani and Rtn Saiesha Thadani from October onwards . 5. Foundation - Nothing to Report 6. Youth Activities - Report emailed / Whats apped by Youth Generation Director Rtn Kumar Kirpalani Imagine Contest is being held at Inorbis School on 14th October 2022. DG Elect will be invited as a judge and for prize distribution. Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani to scale Imagine Contest to District Level. 7. Public Image : All activities of RCPA are being well covered on various social media platforms . 8. Membership : The Board appreciated the participation of new members in club activities as well as Service Projects . Board has approved the membership application of Manoj Mehandru and will be put up for no objection on the 4th October weekly meeting . He will be inducted in the subsequent meeting if no objection recieved . The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks given by Vice President Rtn. Sanjay Saxena on behalf of the Board to the host Rtn Arti Sanghvi followed by scrumptous breakfast . |
