| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting was called to order and adjourned due to lack of quorum. After 15 minutes, the meeting was again called to order and conducted. 2 resolutions were proposed and passed in the meeting 1. Current Board is empowered to take services of a legal lawyer to get the Trust documentation updated as per requirement of Government rules and regulations . A budget of Rs.2.5 lacs is sanctioned for the same. Proposed by Harish Thadaney , seconded by Kumar Kirpalani 2. To amend the bylaws of the RCPA Charitable Trust making 3 members as Trustees for a period of 5 years namely Swastik as the Chairperson, Arti as the Treasurer and Mohinish as a member. Their tenure will be 5 years and can continue for another 5 years as per General Body Resolution. These 3 members of the RCPA Trust will at the beginning of each Rotary year give bank signing authorities of the Trust to the following members of BOD of RCPA of each Rotary Year a. President of RCPA b. Hon Secretary of RCPA c. Treasurer of RCPA Proposed by Sanjay Saxena, Seconded by Habil Handy Activities of past 6 months and future plans were presented .
