RTN SUNNY MOTWANI 1.Last BOD meeting Minutes of 20th November 2022 was read and passed 2. ACCOUNTS Club and Trust accounts report was communicated by Rtn Arti before the meeting . 3. Administration : Report was communicated before the meeting . All weekly meetings are being held well with good speakers and fellowships . DG meeting scheduled for 10th Jan 2023. Two Resolutions were passed in the AGM held on 13th December 2022 1. Current Board is empowered to take services of a legal lawyer to get the Trust documentation updated as per requirement of Government rules and regulations . A budget of Rs.2.5 lacs is sanctioned for the same. 2. To amend the bylaws of the RCPA Charitable Trust making 3 members as Trustees for a period of 5 years namely Swastik as the Chairperson, Arti as the Treasurer and Mohinish as a member. Their tenure will be 5 years and can continue for another 5 years as per General Body Resolution. These 3 members of the RCPA Trust will at the beginning of each Rotary year give bank signing authorities of the Trust to the following members of BOD of RCPA of each Rotary Year a. President of RCPA b. Hon Secretary of RCPA c. Treasurer of RCPA Quotations of other lawyers also to be taken referred by Nahar CA and Sangeeta Lalwani. 4. Service : Report communicated to the BOD before the meeting by Service Director Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani . MAI BAL BHAVAN : Repair work in full swing and should be completed by 15th Jan 2023. ST. ANDREW’S SCHOOL SANITATION WORK : Vijay Samant to give the quotation and the work will be followed up by Sangeeta Lalwani and Arti Sanghvi . ASMITA : 2 sessions have been successfully carried out. Apart from hemoglobin tests our Club is doing complete Haemogram test courtesy Vitara Healthcare. The Board appreciated Rtn Manohar Mahajan of RC Miami Airport for partnering with our Club for Happy Tiny Feet project, Rtn Yasmin and Parry Bahri and Rashmi Thadani for contribution of Rs.1 lakh each for donation to KEM hospital for renal treatment, Ms. Kunj Chugani and Kishore Sidhwani for donating Rs.2 lakhs and Rs.15000/ respectively for Yuvti project. 5.Foundation - Report was communicated before the meeting 6. Youth Activities - Report emailed / Whats apped by Youth Generation Director Rtn Kumar Kirpalani 7. Public Image : All activities of RCPA are being well covered on various social media platforms . 8. Membership : The Board approved the application for membership given by Apurva Sanghvi and the same will be put up in the meeting on 3rd Jan 2023.
