ACCOUNTS Club and Trust accounts report was read and passed. 3. Administration : The Board applauded the efforts of The Fellowship Committee in organising a great picnic on the 25th of Feb. Games, music , fun , bonding , delicious food , well attended . On Club Charter Day (25th April) , dinner meeting is being planned . Charter members to present a PPT on the history of our club.. Trust Deed amendment work is being taken care by Swastik, Harish and Arti. After it is finalised, the draft will be emailed to the members for their approval /amendments/ suggestions and then ratified by GBM after 5 working days. 4. Service : Report communicated to the BOD before the meeting by Service Director Rtn Sangeeta Lalwani . On 4th Feb, Anish , Kumar, Shalini, Sunny Mohinish , and 2 Rotaractors visited Mai Bal Bhavan to check the completed work done by our club, courtesy donation given by Anish. The orphanage were given sweets and snacks and so were the Rotaractors for their involvement in this project. The Board approved Rs.24000/ for Hepatitis B vaccination project to be carried out in March in synergy with RC Poona Downtown and other clubs . The vaccination will be given to inmates to mental hospital in Yerwada. ST. ANDREW’S SCHOOL SANITATION WORK : Vijay Samant is taking care of the work planned for repair work in drinking water area. Fabrication and water purifier will be taken care by the Trust from funds of Rs.80000/ recieved by donations towards the same. 6. Youth Activities - Report emailed / What apped by Youth Generation Director Rtn Kumar Kirpalani and was highly appreciated. 7. Public Image : Dir Sunny Motwani had shared the report on WhatsApp . 8. Membership : This year the membership growth has been 25% with 9 new members inducted . 9. Foundation : As on date, our Club is no.4 in TRF giving .GG account has a balance of Rs.3.86 lacs. This to be utilised for further donation of medical equipments to Sassoon hospital after assessing their needs and approval from RI Foundation . The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks to Rtn Rishikesh and Ann Priya Dandekar by Rtn. Natasha for their warm hospitality and delicious dinner. |
