| Minutes of Meeting | MINUTES OF BOD MEETING HELD ON FRIDAY 28th APRIL 2023 AT PANCHRATNA HOSTED BY RTN HABIL AND ANN SABERA HANDY THEME: BOTANICAL PRINT SHIRT /SHORTS FOR MEN PRESENT 1. ACCOUNTS Club and Trust accounts report was posted by Treasurer Arti before the meeting. Last 3 years reports/ donors list sent in detail by Arti. BOD deeply appreciates sincere, untiring and enthusiastic efforts.IT till 31st March, all accounts detailed and settled. It was proposed and unanimously passed that all new members joining the club in the new Rotary Year will have to pay joining fees of Rs.5000/ w.e.f 1st July 2023. 3. Administration : Trust Deed draft has been finalised The draft has been circulated to BOD and has been approved and passed. It may be circulated to GBM for approval. GBM to be given a week , after which it will be sent to Charity Commissioner for further action. BOD appreciated the efforts of Arti , Swastik , Harish and Apurva for the same. GG accounts to be tabulated and sent by Mohinish/Arti /Sangeeta/ Sudhir . BOD deeply appreciates their sincere efforts. Club Charter Day on 25th April was well organised . BOD applauds the efforts of Fellowship Committee. Next meeting will be on 10th May , A Dinner to be hosted by Zahir and Rashida to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary . Rtn Habil s resignation accepted by the Board .Rtn Sanjay Saxena will now be President for the year 2023-2024 and Shalini will be President for the year 2024-2025. 4. Service : Report submitted by Sangeeta Lalwani before the BOD meeting , was read and passed. BOD deeply appreciated the Service Projects carried out by her. Pending 3.86 lacs worth of equipment delivered to Sassoon Pediatric ward from the balance amount of Save The Babies GG project. Any balance amount remaining will be given to TRF. A sum of Rs 2 lacs has been received by donor Sameer Thawani for rain water harvesting project to be carried out at Smriti Baalvan School. His contribution and previous donations for various projects was deeply appreciated . 6. Youth Activities - Report was sent by Youth Gen Director Rtn Kumar. BOD approved recommending Dr. Dilip Kiyawat s grandson for the Youth Exchange programm and invite him for a club meeting . 7. Public Image : Report posted by PI Director Sunny Motwani before the meeting . 8. Membership : BOD approved application of Sweta Patel as new member of our club. General Body to be informed via WhatsApp about it and if no objection recieved will be inducted in subsequent weekly meeting. 9. Foundation : The BOD deeply appreciates Harish Thadaney for his untiring efforts in motivating the members to donate to The Rotary Foundation and his magnanomous gesture in giving his points to make them PHF members . The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks to Rtn Habil and Ann Sabera Handy for their warm hospitality and dinner. |
