JEETU MIRCHANDANI 1.Last BOD meeting Minutes of 28th April 2023 was read and passed 2. ACCOUNTS Current years list of donors etc sent to Auditors as required. BOD deeply appreciates Treasurer Artis efforts . Accounts read and passed . BOD approved fromClub Account for Ladies Brunch scheduled for 4th June 2023 upto Rs.75000/ 3. Administration : Trust Deed draft has been finalised The draft has been circulated to BOD and has been approved and passed. It is also circulated to GB , since no comments recieved , it is deemed approved and BOD shall proceed accordingly to Charity Commissioner for further action. 4. Service : Report submitted by Sangeeta Lalwani read and passed . 5. Youth Activities - Report was sent by Youth Gen Director Rtn Kumar. Dhruv Kiawat’s IYE has been approved. 6. Public Image : All activities getting good coverage in social media. 7.Membership : Sweta Patel as new member of our club. 8. Foundation : Global Grant balance of Rs. 6389.05 that was not utilised, refunded to Rotary Foundation .Global Grant account closed and finalised. Harish has matched more than 8000 points to make eleven members PHF . Kumar and Arti have also given their points graciously as and when required. RCPA has donated Rs.37300/ to Rotary Foundation fro funds recieved from Fellowship dinner hosted by Zahir and Rashida.Their efforts are highly appreciated. Clubs Points may be given to make a deserving person a PHF member , suggested by Shalini and endorsed by Swastik and BOD. The meeting was concluded by vote of thanks to Rtn Harish and Ann Monica for their warm hospitality and dinner. |
