Reminder to be sent to the remaining members who have not paid their yearly dues. 2. Bank of India to be asked if they have Sweep facility 3. All donations to be taken by cheque only. No cash 4. It was suggested to present monthly accounts in excel sheet format , where all monies spent / recieved for various projects are specified under headings . SERVICE 1. Service Report was already submitted before the meeting 2. YUVTI A. Yuvti Committee to do due delligence of all the new students applications and communicate to the Service Director, who will then communicate to the BOD. B. Service Director Sangeeta Lalwani proposed to the Board to route funds collected for Ann Durriyas helpers daughter medical coaching fees through RCPA which was not approved by a few Directors . It was decided not to sponsor students for coaching . C. Service team is working on a medical project of providing high end cautery machine by Medtronics and Operation tables to Sassoon hospital . Rtn Sudhir Tandon is getting CSR funds from Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited . The Board applauded the efforts made by Sangeeta and Sudhir. YOUTH GENERATION Director Naresh Paul had submitted the report before the meeting . He is in touch with Rotaractors and Interactors and is planning projects with them for the coming months. One of them is a visit to Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre in the month of September. On 14th August an essay completion was held in St Andrew's Girls School . PUBLIC IMAGE Director Saiesha Thadani mentioned that Google Drive Link has been created where members can see photos and videos of the club activities of past as well as coming years. An amount of Rs. 2500/ per anum was sanctioned for getting additional google space . On installation day candles with our club logo and theme of the year Hope logo was presented to all the members and guests who attended. Trophies were given to all the winners of essay competition held on 14th August at St Andrew's Girls School Effort is being made to publish our club activities on TV in Irani Cafe which runs advertisements of various organisations , viewed by guests visiting the Cafe. FOUNDATION 28 out of 46 members have contributed so far this year totalling to 2900$ . Sangeeta Lalwani has committed to a contribute 1000 $ towards the Foundation . ADMINISTRATION Director Admin Kumar Kirpalani had submitted the report before the meeting . Movie evenings and more events are being planned in the coming months MEMBERSHIP Director Natasha is making efforts to get new members. The meeting was concluded with a Vote Of Thanks by Saiesha to host PE Rtn Shalini on behalf of the Club , followed by great Fellowship and dinner.
