Reminder to be sent to the remaining members who have not paid their yearly dues. 2. Bank of India to be asked if they have Sweep facility 3. Present ing month to month accounts in excel sheet format , to be followed. 4. Eco The Event Co. should give bills on monthly basis SERVICE 1. Service Report was already submitted before the meeting 2. YUVTI to be included in service directors report 3. A sum of Rs. 37.20 lacs is being recieved from Alkyl Amines Chemicals Limited for medical equipments in Sassoon hospital thanks to efforts made by Rtn. Sudhir Tandon. Sangeeta Lalwani is also organising a sum of Rs. 11 lacs for Pediatric equipments in Sassoon hospital. 4. Efforts to be made to encourage members to participate and attend Service Projects. YOUTH GENERATION Director Naresh Paul had submitted the report before the meeting . He is working on expansion of Interact Clubs - two to three . Caelum School . Swastik mentioned that our club should encourage Rotaractors and Interact Clubs to attend and participate District events . PUBLIC IMAGE Director Saiesha Thadani submitted the report before the meeting. FOUNDATION Under RYE our club has hosted Gabriella from Brazil . She is staying in Dr. Kiyawats place and has also attended few meetings . ADMINISTRATION Director Admin Kumar Kirpalani had submitted the report before the meeting . Rtn Swastik suggested that one minute Rotary information be given at every meeting . Eg : Designated month information. Efforts to be made to improve attendance. DG visit is scheduled for 11th March . AG visit last week of February. Nom Com Elections to be held on 1st week of November .One week prior to that, notice to be given on chat if any member wants to withdraw their name. MEMBERSHIP Director Natasha is making efforts to get new members. The meeting was concluded with a Vote Of Thanks by Arti to host Sunny and Ujwala on behalf of the Club , followed by great Fellowship and dinner. |
