Rtn Nishit Sapra Due to lack of quorum the meeting was adjourned for 30 minutes and was called to order at 12 noon Last BOD 's meetings minutes held on 29th September 2023 was read and passed ACCOUNTS 1. Accounts presented in excel sheet format was read and passed 2. Accounts and Balance Sheet submitted to Auditors till 30th June 2023. 3. A sum of Rs.2000 per month was sanctioned to pay for writing of books for Club and Trust accounts with effect from 1st November 2023. 4. Follow up to be done with two members who have not paid their dues. SERVICE Service Report was already submitted before the meeting PUBLIC IMAGE All activities covered in social media. RCPA sponsored a banner at Dandya function in October hosted by RC Poona ADMINISTRATION Director Admin Kumar Kirpalani had submitted the report before the meeting . Nom Com Elections on 31st October 2023 along with Fun Tuesday MEMBERSHIP Application for membership recieved of Dr. Prasan Rao proposed by President Sanjay Saxena and seconded by Natasha, was approved by the Board. YOUTH GENERATION Youth Director Naresh Paul had submitted the report before the meeting. Street play and debates being planned with Interact Clubs after November. Installation ceremony of Rotaract AIT pending . FOUNDATION President Sanjay Saxena expressed his concern over target for Foundation. To be reviewed again in December. The meeting was concluded with a Vote Of Thanks by Natasha to host Mohinish and Bharti on behalf of the Club , followed by lunch. |
