Vice President Rtn Sunny Motwani 3. Director Foundation Rtn Harish Thadaney Observers 1. Rtn Habil Handy Last BOD 's meetings minutes held on 24th December2023 was read and passed ACCOUNTS 1. Accounts presented in excel sheet format was read and passed SERVICE 2. Service Report was already submitted before the meeting . 3. Possibility of providing solar lights at Sumati Balwan School and at St Andrew's Girls School was discussed. 4. There is a need for toilets repairs and staircase work at St Andrew's Girls School. Builders in our Club to be contacted to help in carrying out this work. 5. There is a requirement for 4000 litres solar heater at Apang Shaala . Deeds For Needs is contributing for 3000 litres and RCPA Trust will be contributing for 1000 litres cost of which is approx Rs1.8 lacs. ( Amount approved by the Board ) 6. Dental checkups to be carried out at St Andrew's, Apang Shaala and Sumati Balwan School by Natasha and Dr Choonawala. Donation of Rs. 40000/ given by Rtn Manesh Shah to be utilised for this purpose. 6.Service Director will be identifying Asmita project Beneficiaries shortly. 7. Renal equipment of value Rs. 11.30 lacs will be installed at Sassoon hospital Pediatric Ward next month which is funded entirely by CSR partner. YOUTH GENERATION Youth Director Naresh Paul's Report : 1. No work done by interact club last month due to exams. 2. Visit to Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre being planned with St Andrew's Girls School 3. Debates and sports activities also being planned. 4. Rotarctors of AIT were facing problems in paying their District dues and having installation ceremony . The Board sanctioned a sum of Rs.25000/ for the same. 5. Visit to Artificial Limbs Centre with the Rotaractors is being planned. 6. Rtn Arti attended RYE students program where there were fruitful one on one discussions with the DG. The Board applauded Arti's efforts. Administration This year there has been meaningful meetings with good speakers, fellowships, and outings. Bulletin Chat on WhatsApp is active and is regularly updated. . The meeting was concluded with Vote Of Thanks given by Rtn Saiesha Thadani to the hosts followed by delicious dinner . |
